Latest from New York Times: People Can't Write

Interesting article in the New York Times today.

What Corporate America Can't Build: A Sentence

Seems our commercial and technological ambitions are getting a little ahead of our ability to construct a simple sentence.

It's tempting simply to shrug and feel superior. But the implications are unsettling to say the least. When the people building cars and planes, planning our cities and preparing our food can't communicate with their colleagues simply and clearly, bad things can happen.

As for politicians, I have a feeling they lost the ability to construct a simple, honest sentence a very long time ago.
