Tool to Find Profitable Market Niches

I recently downloaded a tool called NicheFinder. Very interesting stuff. You type in your area of interest and it then goes out to the search engines to find a 'niche' that shows high demand, but is not being addressed by many web sites.

I'm still playing with it, but I love the concept of using real-time search results as a means of finding marchet niche ideas that people are actually interested in, right now.
